PC Monitor problems, please help? - pc monitor problems

Hello. I have an LCD monitor that I have on my PC. I pre-formatted my PC with XP Home (genuine) and now shows all the big and disgusting. In the display settings, it will not move from his position, saying that the hardware drivers are available. I do not remember the drivers before installing, but I called the store and was told that the LCD unit does not come with drivers.

I'm so confused, can you help? If a monitor Soniq difference, and there is nothing on the drivers on their website.
