Kryptonite bicycle lock problems? - lock problems with biasi boilers

Has anyone had problems with the new kryptonite lock system? I have the lock tubular former in this new and have nothing but problems from day one. I chatted with other people who complain too much. I ended up buying a block of Bull Dog today. I think I should then call Krap-TonyT. They are horrible.

Someone has some tips on how you get the damn job on a consistent basis?
