I think it's the behavior. Have you tried to correct him if he did that? There may be some gaps in training, which, before further progress can be patched with him. Perhaps you could have your friend who has trained him to go and help. At least you're on the right track.

They have great answers, I would just add one thing to believe. Could be tickled? It does this in the only chair, hair or something? I'm just wondering because I have a mare, are so delicate, it is shocking cinchy, and once the circle button next to it, before you catch it as it come, that tickling is to be expected, neurotic, and is the cradle!
